How nice to see some homestuck fanarts! With the Vantas, nontheless! Great pick, they're some of my favourite trolls, especially Karkat! I really like the colours of the background, the mix of blue and purple is nice and... do I see some slight teal? Good pick! The pixel clouds might clash with the airbrushing behind them, but suit the style of the characters, shading them with pink is a good pick too, it fits the purple at the bottom of the pic!
I like how you drew the characters a lot! Your style is completely different from the comic's but the use of pixels and the simplicity of it make it look like a mix between an old school cartoon and 8-bit videogame, really original! Now, let me say I LOVE the poses you picked for them! Karkat looks perfect, he's so in-character like that! You rendered him perfectly :'D Sufferer looks way to cute, but I like it a lot, the round butt + skinny legs really give a Homestuck feeling! And Kankri... looks like he's the only one who won't have a soft landing! Poor him!
So, on how to improve, I think you mostly have to practice different poses and gesture drawings, as there are some things that look a bit odd, for examples KK's arms! Another thing is about the hands, if you want to make them stylized and cartoony draw at least 4 fingers! Drawing only three makes it look weird and doesn't give an idea of hands!
